You can easily control what email notifications get sent to your mailbox. Turning options on or off are available to you on the Notification Settings page.
There are four types of notifications we send to you:
"New messages waiting in your mailbox" notification is sent to you when someone sends you a message on Roomster.
"Helpdesk activity updates" notification is sent to you when you reach out to our support helpdesk.
"Daily matches" notification is sent to you when there are new listings available that match your criteria.
"General account updates" notification is sent to you when we need to make you aware of changes to your account
Make sure that our email, firstname.lastname@example.org is in your address book so messages don't find their way into your spam folder.
